When it comes down to fully utilizing to the Law of Attraction, just reading the books is often not enough.

You can read a book telling you how to drive a car, or how to play golf, but that does not replace the role of a golf or driving instructor.

Your learning is accelerated when you have someone able to guide you. You can learn how to use your vibrational resonance to attract anything and everything you wish. It may seem abstract at the moment, but this is absolutely what determines your experience of reality. So, to the extent that you can modify your vibration, you can modify your experience of reality.

If you have watched the movie “The Secret”, you have heard of the teacher of the Law of Attraction Bob Doyle.

I discovered more about him as I learned more about the different teachers featured in “The Secret”.

Last year Bob Doyle created a 45 day challenge social network on ning, allowing people from all walks of life and around the world to share their goals and intentions.

I was one of the many participants. It was great to instantly meet and connect with people around the world working on applying the Law of Attraction to their lives.

I felt that even though I didn’t reach every goal that I had set for myself, the ones that I did reach helped me to improve my life greatly. It was also nice to share my aspirations with others in a friendly and supportive environment.

The 45 day challenge social network quickly evolved into a fun and active community of people all striving for positive change in their lives.

It fostered a real connection to Bob Doyle, who made himself open and available to all the members by sharing the progress of his own challenge goals.

He was working on playing music in public, and as a musician I could relate to his nervousness. He enlisted the help of some of the coaches his company uses for one to one coaching sessions, and the use of the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

The EFT techniques that were shared via tele-seminars and later available though recordings of the calls, were a great deal of fun to be a part of and very enlightening. He ended the challenge with a get together in Atlanta where he preformed, showing us all how fears can be overcome.

Bob Doyle has taught many people how to use the Law of Attraction in their lives and create what they desire though his online courses: Wealth Beyond Reason and Six Figure Income Streams.

He is currently launching his “Wealth Beyond Reason 2.0″, which features a new look and feel for teaching the Law of Attraction. With this course you will be able to pinpoint the areas were you are resisting attracting what you desire. Check out his introduction to the course and learn about what Wealth Beyond Reason can do for your life!

When it comes to dealing with our precious homes there are so many things that need to be considered when we are looking to get our homes feeling and looking the best possible such as dealing with above ground pool vacuum and hayward pool cleaner. The desire to have a swimming pool is something that is really cherished by many yet when we get one then we have to turn our attention to hayward pool cleaner as this is completely necessary as we look to enjoy the time that we spend around the swimming pool to the fullest. When we look into it is a mind field in terms of the amount of information that is out there to help us to understand what needs to be done in order to get and make use of what turns out to the be most appropriate hayward pool cleaner to help us keep our precious outdoor activities to the level of the highest enjoyment.

So when we are outside we are concerned withhayward pool cleaner and when inside we turn our attention to honeywell air purifier filter to make sure that we get the very best out of the environments that we experience inside our homes. Now just as when dealing with hayward pool cleaner when we are made to deal with custom air filters we are then confronted with so much information that makes it so difficult for us to actually make a choice when it comes to actually which custom air filters to go ahead and make use of within our homes, offices or even in the cars that we choose to drive. Some people go by the general rule that the more money that is spent then the better will be the quality of the custom air filters that we end up making use of in order to ensure that we breath and take in the best quality air that we can, this will in turn go on to aid our overall health and wellness.

Turning to the inside of our homes again we understand that the overall feeling is based on the level of attention and detail that we pay and give to home decorating ideas and to room decorating ideas as this will in line with the custom air filters that we use also add to the overall feeling that we get from when we are spending precious time in our homes. With dealing with room decorating ideas we see that many people choose to hire a professional person who is able to do the very best job when they are dealing with the room decorating ideas that we look to have in our homes and last for hopefully a long time.

Did you mark your calendar with the date of your special anniversary? As the days pass by, you start planning what to give your loved one for this special day?

If you are many others, you probably wonder what to write in an anniversary card. Your anniversary is a time to give anniversary greetings that say I love you, I appreciate you, let’s keep our relationship strong and loving.

Saying “Happy Anniversary” takes many forms. Card shops, supermarkets and drugstores stock cards with all kinds of artwork, many different verses, written in various words and tones.

For example, there are elegant greetings and verses, religious sentiments and just plain, old fashioned blank notes. You can buy “tongue in cheek” risque cards that offer double meanings. There are funny anniversary cards that make jokes about the person receiving the card and the person giving it.

Let’s face it, anniversary cards that don’t strike an emotional card often get thrown out. Unless you put your heart into writing, it’s just a piece of paper. When you know what to write in an anniversary card, you give your loved one a “keeper.”

Anniversaries are fleeting. They come one day and leave the next. Just writing “Happy Anniversary” is not enough. Forgetting an anniversary is even worse. An anniversary card and love letter can take your love to a higher level.

Many times, you may find that the greeting and words printed on the card just don’t do justice to your relationship. Every anniversary is different, because of the amount of time you have invested in a relationship or the season of your life.

Writing a personal note with your anniversary greetings that express your heart feelings, your loving thoughts about your spouse or loved one is the best way to continue the flame in your relationship. If you struggle to find the words, it helps to look at samples of love letters to get a feel for what words to use. Then, you will have ideas that you can make into your own.

You can write a long love letter on a separate piece of paper and then fold it and put in in with your anniversary card. You can write an anniversary love poem right on the inside flap of the greeting card. You can look for love quotes and print them in your card.

Remember, celebrating an anniversary isn’t about just the day itself. It is a symbol of your love and time together. your relationship of togetherness. You and your entire family is affected by your love and how you celebrate this special time.

Including a love letter is an important part of saying Happy Anniversary. Don’t miss your chance when the anniversary day arrives. Make sure that you capture the moment by writing a “keeper.” All you need are good examples to mimic and make your own.

Increasing motivation doesn’t have to be expensive, difficult or scary. Achieving your life goals can be as easy as changing your perspective from first to third person.

Can changing your perspective from “I” to “she” or “he” actually improve psychological disorders? Perhaps that’s asking too much – but psychologists have found that changing your perspective helps people achieve life goals such as weight loss or saving money.

Tips:

1. Consequences - Never use threats. They’ll turn people against you. But making people aware of the negative consequences of not getting results (for everyone involved) can have a big impact. This one is also big for self motivation. If you don’t get your act together, will you ever get what you want?

2. Pleasure - This is the old carrot on a stick technique. Providing pleasurable rewards creates eager and productive people.

3. Performance incentives - Appeal to people’s selfish nature. Give them the opportunity to earn more for themselves by earning more for you.

4. Detailed instructions - If you want a specific result, give specific instructions. People work better when they know exactly what’s expected.

5. Short and long term goals - Use both short and long term goals to guide the action process and create an overall philosophy.

Life – your past achievements, future goals, current struggles or successes – hugely depends on your perspective. Increasing motivation depends on your focus, because your focus changes your attitude and mood. Make sure that you go through my mind shift audio package, its surely help you a lot.

While some people are conscientious about being fit and healthy, some people just won’t be able to find the time and the patience to do anything about it. However, in order to stay healthy and fit, there is nothing better that you can do besides exercising at the gym. Going to a gym or a sports saloon will be even better as this will allow you to do your exercises in a more formal environment.

Get your P90X Workout today at Xtreme body Fitness. They also have the New and Exciting ChaLean Extreme that just released, but they still have the famous 10 Minute Workout that will show you results in just weeks. So wait go check out all they have and get your body in shape for 2009.

Furthermore, you will have the benefit of various sports equipment such as the Stairmaster or the Elliptical Machine to help you in your quest. But if you still need some motivation for you to exercise, then use the techniques below to increase your chances for doing exercise.

Make sure that you set formal dates on your schedules for your daily exercises and gym meetings. This way, you will have the benefit of having a formalized goal of exercise worked out in to your schedule. Then you can work everything else around it for maximum benefit. In addition, this way you can avoid other hectic things in your schedule from missing up your exercise time.

In addition, try to set up sports dates with various partners who you can do sports together. This will further motivate you as you will know that there is another person who is also committed to exercising with you. This will motivate you and it will also put pressure on you as you will feel that if you don’t commit yourself to the exercise date; then you will be letting yourself down as well as someone else too. This idea will make most people more committed and disciplined toward exercising.

Make sure that you tell everyone around you (your colleagues, friends and family) about the exercise times that are set in your schedule. This is important as it will help to have the commitment and the support of other people with your exercise program. Furthermore, since people will know your exercise schedule, they won’t spring up any unexpected developments to you at your exercise time.

No matter what you do, you must build up forward momentum with your exercise schedule. This means that the amount of activity and exercise that you have already accomplished, should also work as a stimulus to commit yourself to further exercise. Think about all the accomplishments that you will lose from your previous exercises, if you stop now after achieving so much.

Most of us are aware that when our dog has pups they take care of most of the work all by themselves. For almost all hunting dogs, having the pups and expelling the placenta is a natural process and when followed by sufficient rest your momma dog will be back on her feet and happy and healthy as she ever was. Most dogs that are healthy have absolutely no problems giving birth. There are some complications that as a responsible pet parent you should be aware of (especially if you are a breeder).

The bitch should go see a veterinarian within one day of whelping as a check-up, and the puppies should probably be looked at, as well. The vet should make sure that the mother is healthy and has had no problems of unborn pups or placenta remaining in the womb. This is very important — these problems can lead to infections and/or death. A shot will usually be administered to help with milk and clear out the uterus.

Carefully watch the bitch for several days after giving birth to make sure that there is no high fever, lack of appetite, or diarrhea, as these are signs of bacterial infection. Without antibiotics, she can die or develop serious problems. And since puppies should never be away from the mother dog, they should also have the benefit of vet care. The vet will check temperature and examine them to make sure that everything appears normal. If anything seems unusual, you should take her to the vet immediately, especially during the first week after whelping.

Watch mother carefully for the first few days to be sure nothing unusual is happening. If she is to get sick after whelping, it will be during the first week after the puppies have come.

There are some things you can do as a responsible pup parent to make sure that mom has everything she needs to make sure all stays well. First and foremost make sure that the area where mom and babies are resting is kept very clean – wash all bedding daily and clean up any messes you see immediately. Do not use any harsh cleaning products that can cause irritation to the eyes and noses if the newborn puppies.

Eclampsia is another problem to watch for in the new mother. This is often called “milk fever” and is a condition where her body does not produce enough calcium for lactation. This will occur three weeks or so after lactation begins and is a serious problem. If it is caught early, supplements can be added to her food to give her what she needs to make up for it. Symptoms will include stiffness, pain, and a fever with possible seizures. Take her to a vet as soon as you see any symptom.

Infections of the mammary glands, especially the teats, are also common and should be watched for. Especially as puppies get older and begin to have teeth coming in. Mastisis will happen within 24 hours or so of birth and is easily noticed as purplish spots on the mammary glands and is usually accompanied by fever. Other infections are more common and can be treated with simple topical creams.

Another potential problem is too little or no milk production which is called Agalactia. Your vet can tell if this is going to be a problem through their examination of your new momma dog and if this is going to be a problem they can take immediate steps to alleviate this condition.

Most of the time, whelping is a natural, nearly worry-free process that will require little on your part to go well. Most bitches that are healthy will have pups without a problem and will be fine mothers.

A wedding castle is a perfect venue to show off an antique engagement ring. Feel like a princess from a bygone era at your fairytale castle wedding. A destination wedding castle is a wonderful venue for today’s discerning bride with refined taste and cultivation.

Carat weight, clarity, color and cut apply when buying an antique engagement ring?

The size, or CARAT weight, of the diamond is still the main determinant of price; the larger the stone, the more expensive the ring. However, especially during the 1930s and 1940s, diamonds were set in white gold square-shaped boxes, which were in turn often elaborately carved and beaded to give the diamond a larger appearance (”illusion” settings). Such rings give the modern-day budget-minded consumer the “look” of a larger diamond for the price of a smaller one.

The CUT of an older diamond in particular should not be rated by modern standards. Both tastes and techniques have changed over the last century. Today’s diamonds are mainly cut by laser, to the *exact* standards which have been developed over the years to produce maximum “fire” or light reflection. Older stones were cut by hand; consequently, there is more variation in the proportions of individual facets. Whereas modern diamonds show assembly-line precision, older stones preserve the hand of the artist, and are often said to have a much “softer,” romantic look.

The COLOR of the diamond is more a matter of taste than the previous two C’s. Around the turn of the century, people wanted a diamond to reflect a rainbow of colors; accordingly, diamonds with soft pink, yellow or greenish tinges are seen often in rings from this era. Bright white diamonds are considered more valuable today because they are favored by modern tastes.

The CLARITY of the diamond, determined by the number, character, and visibility of natural inclusions in the stone, also has a significant effect on price. Put simply, the clearer the stone, the more expensive. Some mid-century jewelry manufacturers, like Keepsake, built their reputations on using only high quality (VS) diamonds in their engagement rings. Most jewelers of yesteryear would not set a beautiful, intricately-detailed mounting with a poor quality stone.

A fifth C is CHARACTER. Consider the detail and workmanship of the ring. Imagine you wanted to have the same type of ring created for you today. Even if you could find someone skilled enough for the task, the cost of the labor would be outrageous! When you buy an antique ring, you essentially get the labor of the craftsman for free! This is best illustrated by determining how much you’d like to spend (say $500), and looking at both antique and modern rings to compare what your money will buy you.

Antique or vintage engagement rings are those classic style rings that bring back the charm and history of an era gone by. Many couples enjoy the nostalgic feel of something their grandparents may have worn. Others simply like the idea of old-fashioned quality styling and workmanship.

The Internet andonline auctions in general have brought the world of antique wedding rings into our home. You can shop at Antwerps mega diamond dealers or a village charity shopall from your home computer. If you like to shop closer to home where you can touch and feel the rings and try them on for size and style, then there are other great sources for vintage engagement rings. Estate sales and flea marketsare great sources for authentic vintage jewellery including diamond or sapphire jewelry in gold or silver.

An antique engagement ring is like a fine wine or work of art; it speaks of the refined taste and cultivation of its owner. It is a showpiece of superb old-world craftsmanship, in contrast to the plain bands and prong settings of most modern rings. Because it is too costly to reproduce such intricate detail nowadays, antique rings will continue to appreciate in value over time.

The most desirable estate engagement rings on the market today date from the late Victorian era (turn of the century) through the 1940s. Such rings reflect the popular tastes of their time; therefore, rings from different eras have very different characteristics.

Rings from the turn of the century through the 1920s were often made in white gold or platinum, with fine filigree (lace-like) detail on the mounting. Both yellow gold and white gold engagement rings were popular in the 1930s and 1940s, as were white and yellow gold combinations. A typical ring from this period may have smaller side diamonds, and/or intricate carving on the ring shank, such as flowers, leaves, hearts or geometric shapes. The center diamond is often set in a white gold square-shaped box, enhancing the color and size of the stone; therefore, a diamond in a 1940s mounting will always look much larger than one in a solitaire prong setting.

Authenticating a Vintage Diamond Engagement Ring

Finding a vintage engagement ring is one thing, but making sure it is truly and antique is another. A reputable jewellery appraiser can help. There are telltale signs and markings on jewellery that will tell the trained appraiser when and where and by whom a specific piece of old jewellery was made. Each silversmith or artisan has a symbol that they will engrave in their work to mark it as one of their own. Counterfeiters will try to replicate the marks, but other design features will let the appraiser know if this is the case in a particular antique. The appraiser can then give you a guarantee or certificate of authenticity to go with your vintage diamond engagement ring.

The setting and the diamonds will need to be examined separately. You may find a vintage setting with newer diamonds. This wont necessarily impact the value to you, but it would perhaps indicate that there were either several owners or that the person selling the rings as an antique may have changed stones.

The number one consideration in choosing antique jewellery is to make sure you really love it. There are usually no exchanges for vintage diamond engagement rings.

Tilapia fish recipes are a dieter’s dream come true! Low in fat and calories, high in protein

Tilapia, while a fairly recent addition to the U.S. fish market, has been consumed with relish for over 2000 years. Tilapia is sometimes called ‘St. Peter’s fish’ due to a Biblical reference in the book of Matthew. This fish, which Peter caught, contained a coin in its mouth, used to pay taxes, at Jesus’ behest, is believed to have been tilapia. We can only surmise that this fish was also served for dinner! It makes sense that tilapia fish recipes are a highly recommended dish for us today.

If you’re looking to lose weight, tilapia fish recipes should be a must-have on your menus. Here’s why. Just a 3.5 ounce portion contains just a bit more than 2 grams of fat, 98 calories and a whopping 21 grams of protein! Tilapia is similar in texture to perch, sole and flounder, with a delicate, mild flavor, and white meat. These characteristics make tilapia a versatile, healthy meat which can be prepared in a variety of ways, making it easy to include a couple of tilapia fish recipes in your weekly menus.

Tilapia originated in African and Asian waters, but is now found all over the world. Most tilapia sold in the markets today are commercially farm raised. You can serve it simply and quickly, with just a drizzle of garlic butter, for a delicious and satisfying dieter’s entree. Some of the most popular tilapia fish recipes include a variety of crusts, such as a mixture of crushed pecans and flour, ‘blackened’ crust mixtures and cornmeal and flour, in a 50-50 mix. A Parmesan crust is a perfect counterpoint to the delicate flavor of tilapia.

Other quick and tasty tilapia fish recipes require a simple 20-minute marinade and you’re ready to cook. You’ll find a dozen different bottled marinades at the supermarket. Almost any marinade goes well with tilapia. Choose whatever marinade appeals to your taste buds.

If you’d like to mix up your own marinade, here’s a quick and easy marinade for a tantalizing tilapia fish recipe that provides a juicy and flavorful dish. Use fresh herbs, as possible, for the best taste. Finely mince a couple of cloves of garlic, about
